Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

  • In new and unused condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.

Note: Used or damaged products are not eligible for a full refund unless they are defective or arrived damaged due to shipping.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return address and any applicable shipping labels.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied automatically to your original method of payment.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different model, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the case, we may cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened or used personal mobility aids

  • Custom-built or specially ordered products

  • Items marked as final sale

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team before returning.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or malfunctioning, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

We may request photos or video evidence to assess the damage before issuing a replacement or return authorization.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Our responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.


Restocking Fees

Some returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, especially if:

  • The product has been opened or partially used

  • The return is initiated after 30 days

  • The original packaging is missing or damaged

We will inform you if a restocking fee applies during the return process.
