All products sold through our store include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering both parts and labor. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects or issues that may arise under normal usage conditions.

How Warranty Service Works

Our team will help identify the issue, often with the help of a photo or short video clip. -
Quick Dispatch of Parts
If a replacement part is required, we’ll send it out right away — and arrange collection of the faulty part if needed. -
In-House Parts Inventory
We keep a full inventory of parts on hand to ensure fast turnaround times for repairs and replacements.
In most cases, we can get your product fully operational again within just a few days.
Replacement Parts & Support
We understand how important mobility is to your lifestyle — that’s why we prioritize speed and reliability when handling warranty claims. If a part needs to be replaced:

You can choose to install it yourself with our guidance, or we can help arrange a technician if needed (additional fees may apply outside warranty scope).

Faulty parts will be collected after the replacement is delivered.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Your warranty is:

Non-transferable — it applies only to the original purchaser.

Automatically activated — no need to fill out registration cards or online forms.

Valid within the continental United States.
We’re unable to provide on-site service or warranty support outside the U.S., but we’ll gladly assist upon your return to the U.S. mainland.
❌ What’s Not Covered (Warranty Exclusions)
Our warranty is comprehensive, but there are some exclusions based on misuse, wear, and external circumstances. The following are not covered under warranty:

General Wear and Tear: Includes items such as tires, armrests, fabric wear, scratches, and cosmetic marks from daily use.

Improper Use or Assembly: Damage caused by incorrect setup, user error, or lack of care.

Water or Liquid Damage: Exposure to moisture or water that results in malfunction or corrosion.

Accidental Damage: Such as dropping the product, bumping into surfaces, or improper transportation.

Battery Abuse or Misuse:

Batteries are covered for up to 12 months, provided they are used and charged according to the guidelines.

For lithium batteries, it is essential they are charged at least every 2–3 weeks, even when not in use.

Return Shipping for Non-Faulty Products:
If a product is returned and determined to be fully functional, shipping costs for collection and re-delivery may be charged to the customer. -
Damage During Air Travel or by Third Parties:
Any damage that occurs while the product is in possession of airlines, airport staff, or baggage handlers is not covered.
