Standard Delivery—USA

We are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping throughout the United States. All our products are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouses, ensuring speedy delivery and minimal wait times.

✅ Free Express Shipping on Orders Over $400

  • Cost: FREE

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

  • Order Minimum: $400

Enjoy complimentary 1–2 day shipping on all orders over $400 — no hidden fees, no subscription required. We use trusted courier partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders Under $400

  • Cost: $10.95

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

We still aim for speed even on smaller orders. Orders under $400 are delivered quickly with a small shipping fee of $10.95.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST, or on a weekend or public holiday, will be shipped on the next working day.

  • You can expect delivery within 1–2 business days from dispatch.


Order Tracking and Notifications

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. You’ll be able to follow your package in real-time until it arrives at your door.

If you don’t receive tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends), feel free to contact our support team for assistance.


️ Non-Contiguous U.S. Addresses

Additional shipping charges may apply to addresses in:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)

  • APO/FPO Military Addresses

These costs will be automatically calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Delivery times may be slightly longer based on your location.


International Delivery

We’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping to customers around the globe. Whether you’re in Canada, Europe, or Australia, we can deliver our top-quality mobility products straight to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, please be aware:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • These fees vary by country and are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unexpected customs fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs will not be refunded.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible charges before placing your order.

  • A signature may be required for higher-value orders upon delivery.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout — address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, extreme weather, or carrier issues once the package is in transit.

  • In rare cases, especially for international orders, customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


Missed Delivery or Lost Packages

If the delivery carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, a re-delivery may be scheduled or the package may be held at a local depot. Please follow the tracking information or contact the carrier for further instructions.

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. First, check around your property and with neighbors.

  2. Contact the delivery provider using the tracking number.
