Do you have a physical showroom?

Currently, we operate exclusively online to offer you the best prices and convenience. However, we provide detailed product descriptions, images, and customer reviews to help you make informed choices. Our customer support team is also available to answer any questions you may have.

Are your products airline-friendly?

Many of our mobility products are designed to be airline-compliant. We recommend contacting your airline in advance to confirm their specific requirements. If needed, we can provide product specifications to assist with this process.


Ordering

How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our secure website. Simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. If you prefer, you can also place an order over the phone with our customer service team.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make modifications.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we offer financing through Klarna, allowing you to split your purchase into three equal, interest-free monthly payments. To use this option, select Klarna at checkout and follow the instructions provided.


Delivery

What are your delivery options?

We offer free 1-2 business day delivery on all U.S. orders over $400. For orders under $400, a shipping fee of $10.95 applies. Additional charges may apply for non-contiguous U.S. addresses, which will be calculated at checkout.

Who handles the delivery of my order?

For larger items like electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. Smaller items, such as manual wheelchairs and rollators, are shipped via standard courier services. Tracking information is provided for all orders.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the damage to facilitate a prompt resolution, which may include a replacement or repair.

Can I pick up my order?

Currently, we do not offer a local pickup option. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address for your convenience.


Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed for dispatch.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period for most products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.


Warranty

What does your warranty cover?

All our products come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering parts and labor. The warranty begins on the date of delivery and is automatically activated—no registration required.

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse or improper assembly

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, armrests)

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Batteries beyond the 12-month warranty period, especially if not maintained as per instructions

  • Damage occurring during air travel or by third-party carriers


VAT Relief (For UK Customers)

Note: This section applies to UK customers only.
